The Coaching Research Project 2005, realized by Bresser Consulting, examined the key success factors for coaching programmes and provided a comprehensive and systematic framework for management action to implement and improve coaching in organisations.

The findings of the project have won worldwide acclaim and are still leading-edge in the field. Media across the globe (in particular in Europe, America and Australia) have reported about the results. Various detailed articles have been published.
